Founder & Director
Italian adopted Berliner, Andrea has been working as as a marketing and communication specialist for the cycling & outdoor industry since 2014 and in 2018 he launched NABE. He believes that words really matter, and that good stories are the strongest device that brands have to really stand out. Running a marathon, adventuring in the mountains, and riding a bike with bags strapped to the frame is what Andrea calls a good time. Andrea speaks Italian, English and German.
Laurence
Content Specialist
Based next to the foothills of the Peak District, Laurence’s love for cycling is reflected by his career path. With a decade of experience, he has worked with some of the British cycling industry’s leading organisations to deliver high-quality social media and content at events including the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games and the Tour de France. Laurence’s enjoyment of cycling often centres around the brutal gradients of his home surroundings.
Luigi
Communication
Specialist
Based between Berlin and Bologna, Luigi has extensive experience in content editing, copywriting and translation roles in marketing agencies. With year-long collaborations for several outlets, projects and companies inside and outside the cycling and outdoor industry, today he is a proud part of NABE. He loves getting lost on steep climbs with the rewards of fast descents, single tracks and switchbacks. Luigi speaks Italian, English and German.
Fred
Marketing & PR Specialist
Based in San Sebastian, French-Argentinian Fred has over six years of experience in the running, cycling and outdoor industries. With deep expertise in strategic partnerships and campaign management, he works across B2B and B2C channels, helping brands connect authentically with their audience. His experience spans from negotiating B2B deals to leading media and PR campaigns across France, Spain, the UK and Germany. When he’s not working, Fred is training for ultra-marathons.
Kasia
PR & Community Specialist
Berlin-based Kasia is a freelance PR and community consultant in the bike industry. With over a decade in cycling, she combines deep community insight with experience across PR, partnerships, and brand activations. Working as a generalist, she brings structure, clarity, and strong connections to projects—moving between strategy and execution in fast-paced environments. Outside of cycling, Kasia is a runner with multiple half marathons and a marathon completed. She speaks Polish, English, and German, and spends most of her time on the bike or running.
