Founder & Director
Italian adopted Berliner, Andrea launched NABE in 2022 after a decade spent as a marketing and communication specialist for some of Europe’s leading cycling & outdoor brands. He believes that words really matter, and that good stories are the strongest device that brands have to really stand out. Riding a bike with bags strapped to the frame, sharing a coffee en route and enjoying a post-ride beer with friends is what Andrea calls a good time. Andrea speaks Italian, English and German.
Laurence
Senior Content Editor & Copywriter
Based next to the foothills of the Peak District, Laurence’s love for cycling is reflected by his career path. With over seven years of experience, he has worked with some of the British cycling industry’s leading organisations to deliver high-quality social media and content at events including the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games and the Tour de France. Laurence’s enjoyment of cycling often centres around the brutal gradients of his home surroundings.
Luigi
&Translator
Based between Berlin and Bologna, Luigi has extensive experience in content editing, copywriting and translation roles in marketing agencies. With year-long collaborations for several outlets, projects and companies inside and outside the cycling and outdoor industry, today he is a proud part of NABE. He loves getting lost on steep climbs with the rewards of fast descents, single tracks and switchbacks. Luigi speaks Italian, English and German.
