Communication Strategy
The client
Italy Bike Hotels is a group of 70 hotels located throughout Italy that have chosen to put cycling at the heart of their business. Moved by a love for cycling, the project was born in 2000 with the aim of developing a network of hotels able to meet the needs of those who ride. To date, thousands of cycle tourists from all over the world have chosen the passion, authenticity and professionalism of our bike hotels to experience unforgettable bike holidays in Italy.
The scope
For the launch of the new website in November 2022, we designed the new communication architecture alongside creating copy for key pages.
The scope of the project was to create an improved user experience by better communicating how the platform works and what it offers. We began by analysing web data to understand the audience and their behaviours on the website.
Outcome
We created a new web page architecture that guides users through the quote request process, while inspiring them and establishing trust.
Finally, we produced the copy for the website in 4 languages: English, Italian, German and French.
